Section 181
Create and implement guidelines and procedures
(1) The Ministry may create and implement guidelines and procedures necessary for the implementation of this Act and the rules made under this Act.
(2) Employers' specific associations or federations and trade unions or federations may formulate and implement good labor practice codes on labor-related policy matters.
